Our Criteria

• Houses that require refurbishment

• Houses that need to be sold quickly for any reasons (seller needs quick cash, relocation, health reasons etc.)

• Short lease flats

• Freehold blocks

• Located in Birmingham or the Black Country (Sandwell, Walsall, Dudley and Wolverhampton)

• Currently on the market with any agents.

If you know anyone that would like to sell their property directly to us or one of clients, tell them to get in touch with us and we will handle the rest.

We will pay a referral fee for each property that is successfully purchased.
